feat: add new review plots #35

This adds a summary of our current review status to the dashboard

NOTE: the current numbers are just a bit off. so we need to review. The best way to do this would be to create the functions in pyosMeta so it can be tested there and just call it here. that way we can work through all of the bugs. but for now this will give me ENOUGH for board meetings each month so it's not manual.
