Fix: isotope styles cleanup + role fixes #307

this fixes a few things

  1. some of our leadership weren't appearing in the isotope filters due to missing roles
  2. isotope styles were too wide to allow for a 4 card wide grid - this has been fixed
  3. isotope grid now prints roles for each person who has a role in the leadership realm (editors, advisory, etc)

it also removes some dated style elements.
