BLOG: get involved with pyOpenSci

blog post with details on getting involved with pyOpenSci. two things of note:

the sprint section is light, but I think we can publish this as is and do a "how to sprint with pyOpenSci" as a separate post (and then cross-link here). I've made an asana task for that post here.
the post does link to the pyOS lightning talk template, which is still under review (asana task). given that the deck will likely be done in the next 10 days, I figured it would be OK to post this PR--if you'd rather I keep it as a draft until the deck is done, please let me know!

oh also @kierisi if you rebase against main these pr's should start passing CI. let me know if you have questions.
