Add blog post for `SLEPLET` #412

Following suggestion in review of https://github.com/pyOpenSci/software-submission/issues/149. Have tested locally and seems to work as expected.

[ ] The images were rendering for me locally but on the preview
[ ] The posts menu doesn't work if I click on it in the preview

I'm able to fix clicking the link by adding .html to the permalink. Feels like that shouldn't be needed, though?
