Unable to make red science ? #2

it seems I am unable to proceed, as I lack Hydrogen to make glass. also I need a way to make wood?

Hydrogen can be achieved with an Electrolyser. Wood can be made in Slowwood Forestry in the beginning. I have been able to make both red and green science.

I do see your comment is old though so hopefully you've figured it out by now ;)

You can use any liquid fuel for making glass, not just hydrogen. Typically, you use coal gas and tar early on, then synthesis gas and acetylene.
