What is the problem?

Reproductive complex Mk1 can't be rotated, thus having the fluid inputs at a predefined position (e.g. for zipir eggs).

Just remove the "not-rotatable" flag from prototypes/buildings/rc-mk01.lua - higher Mk buildings don't have this flag either.

There is a way to hack around this limitation, but it's not a great experience.
