"Unique" Rotation of 100 kL Tank

What is the problem?

Despite the rotation of a 100kL tank not being unique since it's the same on all sides, if the rotation doesn't match, you can't stamp a blueprint on top of it. You can confirm that there's two unique "rotations" for the tank too just seeing how the wires connect to it (see attached images below).
