What is the problem?

The Moondrop Greenhouse has mis-matched item-group and recipe-group tags, leading to the signal being in the py high tech group, but the recipe being in the py alien life group. This looks to be an issue in the past (#59) but unresolved for whatever reason. Py high tech shows up higher in the prototype history list, if that helps with anything.
