What is the problem?

I upgraded all my mods to see if I could update to the latest builds and I am play testing this now. Wax recipe wax-buffed seems to want "used comb" instead of "arqad empty honey comb" is this correct?

Steps to reproduce

1. Unlock turd recipe wax-buffed on version 2.1.1
2. upgrade to mod version 2.1.13
