What is the problem?

The issues are with recipe groups for Py Coal Processing recipe tab. (I'm using big inventory GUI, if it somehow matters). I'll try to list the issues in order of importance:

Niobium chain is all over the place (personaly I would like to see it grouped and moved to Py Raw Ores tab.
Rare earth dust is not in it's respective chain, but clutters the tab.
Molybdenite powder is also here, while it's respective chain is in Py Fusion Energy.
A large portion of recipes are not grouped at all and are jumbled together, including iron oxide, rich clay, lab equipment, kevlar, drill heads and even fluorine gas.
There are probably other misplaced recipes here, but I have only reached Py Science 2, so I am unable to report those at the moment.

I can probably help fixing the issue, but I will need some guidance on where to start in the mod source file, since I'm not familiar with Factorio API or the Py mods source code structure.

Also, if possible, please consider rearranging the item's group ordering for coal processing filter/signal tab, since at the moment it is dominated by barreled liquids and fuel canisters such that the most commonly used items, including stone, gravel, sand, limestone, coal, coke, cole dust and others, are hidden at the bottom of the list and require intense scrolling or manual name input to get to them. It would be much more convinient if they could be promoted to the top of the list, while barreled liquids demoted to the bottom.

I've made pyRO subgroups for niobium and rare earths

It's a good start, but more work is still needed. feel free to make a PR
