What is the problem?

Gas furnace fluidbox is not set at the appropriate height (if I recall how factorio's fluid system works) in that it will take fluid from pipes and share fluid with directly adjacent gas furnaces, but will not share fluid back into pipes (see fluid mining drill fluidbox)

Place gas furnace Liquid source on one side Pipe on the other side
