with a full processing chain for purex at chemical science 10 purex waste 2 results in 11 purex waste 2 of output (top right corner of image)

I'm not sure i understand this image, i tried in YAFC and your chain includes a few Utility science receipts

If i focus on just Chemical science, i cannot even get to purex waste 2. As well your your pic has tons of overlapping lines and duplicated receipts on Purex waste 3, as well as 2 almost identical Vitrified glass receipts i cannot find. I also cannot find any loops.

Edit: Never mind, my py was at an older update than i thought it was. I do think the issue is solved as i dont see a positive loop:
