Gobachov gets stuck on fast transport belts

What is the problem?

Gobachov gets stuck on fast transport belt. If belt is oriented opposite way that Gobachov is trying to fly - it won't be able to leave unless manual intervention occurs (belt is removed or rotated). Since Gobachov is flying creature it would be expected that it will be belt immune.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup 2 floating biopyanoports with Gobachovs
2. Add requestor and provider to fluid network
3. Place fast transport belts on path between requestor and provider
4. Observe flying Gobachov gets stuck on belt
