What is the problem?

Adding this as a bug-report so it remains unforgotten "Looks like at [Factorio] 1.1 they renamed the setting and then removed it from requester but only marked the rename in the changelog"

Steps to reproduce

1. Set 12 filters for requester shed
2. you cant set a thirteenth
