What is the problem?

I am able to produce MK04 sap from the extractor despite no modules placed inside it

Steps to reproduce

Place sap extractor (I used Mk 1 )
Select Mk 3 sap recipe
place Mk 3 sap trees in module slots
swap recipe to mk 4 sap recipe and you should see the sap extractor run for 1 cycle and produce sap mk 4

Factorio does not provide an event to handle when the recipe changes, so I could not find a solution for this. I'm putting it on hold for now. Maybe in the DLC I will have a solution.
