What is the problem?

Since the recent Turbine rebalance in Frozen a T4 Turbine will now be able to "eat" 60k/s Steam. The Turbine still only has 4 fluid inputs, capping the max possible input with pumps at 48k/s maxing the Turbines out at 80% of possible power production.
