What is the problem?

Updated factorio to 1.1.104 and started the game with my mod compilation that worked yesterday. Updated Pyanodons Coal Processing to 2.1.21 and restarted the game but failed to load. This is when i got the first error in the screenshot.

Then i tried activating only the absolute minimum of mods (coal processing, coal processing graphics and post-processing), then i restarted and got the second error in the screenshot.

The log file attached is when the bare minimum of mods were enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Update Factorio to 1.1.104
2. Start game and enable coal processing, coal processing graphics and post-processing with latest version.
3. Restart game.

I'm seeing the same behavior here after updating this morning. Rolling back to 2.1.20 works, but something got borked in this update, it looks like.

is fixed with 2.1.22
