What is the problem?

The hot air version of the molybdenum plate does not accept productivity modules just like any other plate recipe in the modpack, however the version of the recipe without hot air DOES accept productivity modules.

This means that if you can have more than 33% productivity, the hot air recipe is worse than the version without it.

I don't see any way this could be intended, so i think it's a bug that hasn't been noticed.
