What is the problem?

The Ulric tier2/3/4 module chains involve recipes that produce tired ulrics and genetic samples, two recipes per tier. Unlike all the rest, one of the tier 4 recipes does not return a tired ulric. This appears unintentional (if anything, the recipe that includes the energy drink and increased sample production should probably be the fatal one...)
