What is the problem?

When an oil derrick runs out of oil to mine, the building can only be removed by mining it by hand. This also messes with the Auto Deconstruct mod.

This also applies to tar extractors, numal reefs, and probably all the other script-touched buildings. Blueprints also do not like these buildings.
