Place the building on Nauvis
Connect the building to power
Observe that the building is already playing the crushing sound, despite having no raw coal to crush

This is solely a sound bug. When a machine is idle, the expected behavior is for the machine to be silent or idling. The actual result for this bug is the secondary crusher is always playing the active sound, regardless of the actual state.
