Several T.U.R.D. selections replace existing recipes, which then show up as new recipes in the crafting menu. These notifications can be cleared, but then show up again whenever a new session is started, making it impossible to ever fully clear them.
Steps to reproduce
Select any T.U.R.D. that replaces an existing recipe.
Go into the crafting menu and see the new recipe flagged.
Mouse over the new recipe to clear the notification.
Exit and restart the session.
See that the the replaced recipes are still flagged as new.
Additional context
The Moss Farm, Biosample, Vrauks and Fish are affected in this screenshot, as these have all been touched by T.U.R.D. replacements. I've had all of these unlocked for many hours!
