What is the problem?

becomes after updating.

The infinite tech at the end of all the finite techs shows as unresearched too. I suppose there's a chance it'll auto-unlock a bunch of tiers after researching all the finite tiers, but it's a lot of finite techs to run through to verify. Bug in the migration logic?

there is no migration. all of the infinite techs from the old version got wiped from existence with no way to transfer them. just use the console and unlock a bunch of them back to where you were previously
