What is the problem?

Running experimental factorio 2.0.9 with latest pyAL 3.0.7, most turds appear to be missing:

This happens both on a new save and when I load an old one. Editor and doing research_all_technologies() cheat have no effect.

Ah my mistake, I thought the auogs turds and such were a part of AL.
