Auto-tech is failing to load with 5DIM's New Mining mod unknown

Steps to reproduce

Install Py Suite (PyAE Beta via gdrive pinned in the discord #announcements-and-news
Install 5DIM's New Mining
Load up the game and gives this error during startup
