What is the problem?

Raw Coal - Stage 2 (coal-mk02) contains the coarse-coal-to-coal, coarse-coal, and bio-oil-3 recipes

bio-oil-3 one triggers a dependency on bioprocessing, which pushes it some 4-5000 logistics packs deeper in the tree than, say, the various other early stage 2 ore processing techs (lead, copper, iron, nickel, tin) which also makes it an 800 pack tech on its own

would suggest moving bio-oil-3 into either bioprocessing, or coal-mk03

seaweed-mk02 has a similar issue, forcing the molybdenum dependency onto the seaweed-2 recipe due to the seaweed-mk02 recipe being in the same tech
