devuan-->testing version,progress not passed #89

I'm not 100% on this, but it appears to be a depends problem on Devuan's end. Debootstrap doesn't appear to be pulling down all the required pkgs, hence the failure.

daedalus still pulls fine, but excalibur and testing fail. I haven't tested unstable and ceres, but I would assume those fail as well.

Using Ubuntu Jammy and mmdebstrap I was able to get two rootfs tarballs made. https://github.com/pyavitz/rootfs-tarballs/releases/tag/rootfs

Not sure why it only works using Jammy and not Bookworm or Noble? But it's something.
