Nevermind, confused. #47

This was removed some time ago - MS doesn't provide the download anymore, so was a no-op.

Oops, no, this is the workaround, which still works. It's only "classic" wheels that no longer are supported for Win + 2.7, due to the removal of the 2008 2.7 compiler.
