fix: use `std::addressof` in type_caster_base.h #5189

Description

Backport of google/pywrapcc#30093 and google/pywrapcc#30098.

The production code change here is very small (two-line change):

&src is replaced by std::addressof(src) in type_caster_base.h.

This fixes build failures for types with unusual operator& overrides. See added tests.

Example error message (after undoing the change in type_caster_base.h):
