This update include following updates.

No .click test planned ? It would be nice if restarting the smartphone without removing the SIM card could fix the bug.

seowings commented 3 months ago

@gbdomubpkm Unfortunatly, I still havent figured it out to reset usermetrics. I can upload .click release on github for you to test the curernt version.

@gbdomubpkm please check this release https://github.com/pybodensee/lock-message/releases/tag/0.1.0

Again. Thank you. I tested with restarting the phone and indeed, no message. But i like the new home page ! I can't help you as i'm not a developer but i just linked this page to Jami Kettunen on telegram (Volla and UT developer). Maybe he will have an idea to fix if he find the time to do that (it's me who say that, as no answer, and he have a lot of things to do).

@gbdomubpkm Can you retry the app. After installation, if it doesnt show the message, then please click in the middle of the cricle. It will show up the custom message after a tip or so (depens how many messages are there in the que). I figured it out in the documentation.

If you confirm that this is working on your end, then I will upload the new version on Open Store.

@gbdomubpkm depending upon the sensivity of touch screen, you might need to be more patience. Just try couple of times to double tap the middle of the circle and wait for the mesage buffer to rotate and show you your desired custom messasge.

Also wait for a second or two befween two double tips. ;)

Hello. I confirm, it works ! 👍🙂 Double tap middle left or right. The desired message appear after some messages Must be patient and we must try to find the good place to double tap.

But, i noticed too that if we restart the smartphone, there is no message again and we have to make ir shown again (double tap).

@gbdomubpkm As far as double tap is concerned, I noticed that actual text messages are very senstive. So, you just need to double tap on the actual text message and not anywhere else in the circle.

I wish I could change these things in main code, lots of things are fixed in the UT codebase. I think I need to contribute there ;)
