User "ahalyachinnasamy1967" has posted this comment on open-store.io app page.

This app does not work in pixel3a/ax L focal 20.04 development. Double tap to wake up is disabled in pixel device.

So lock screen message does not appear. How to get the lock screen Message?

Not sure what was the actual issue with OP on open-store.io .

For others to who do not see messages/or cicle on lock screen, they must make sure that "Stats on weelcome screen" should be unlocked otherwise you will not see the locked messages.
