Hi Bernardo,
Regarding the Rotary Encoder, we have a plugin for it (more information here: https://pybpod-api-rotary-encoder-module.readthedocs.io/). Regarding the Lickometer we still don’t have a plugin for it, but the events detected by Bpod are recorded as with any other Bpod connected device to the Port interface. I will try to get more detailed information on the requirements and features of the Lickometer to see what might be needed to do on the PyBpod side to ease interaction with it. If you have any specific requirement with the Lickometer and PyBpod please let me know so that we can try to incorporate it in a future release.
All the best!

Hi, my name is Bernardo and I am a new graduate student for the McHenry lab at Duke University. We are looking to setup a Bpod State Machine r2 with a Lickometer and a Rotary Encoder from Sanswork. I was very pleased to find a Python port for the Bpod as I much prefer it over MatLab. Anyway, I was wondering if your GUI application and Python port support interfacing of the Lickometer and the Rotary Encoder with the Bpod State Machine r2?
