Remove extraneous Bleak code.
Add synchronization between hub program and pc program.
Handle case when device is not found.
Handle early hub disconnection.

I merged it, then followed up with the version from https://github.com/orgs/pybricks/discussions/1108#discussioncomment-6153634 to produce to produce https://github.com/pybricks/pybricks-projects/commit/2ccf76c022c02e43e36f2a348e5061d41eda0b56 because it looked more recent.
