I'm currently working with the initial transformation given, so I'm getting good localization performance without using hdl global localization. So I haven't tried hdl global localization in ROS2. However, I'm curious about the performance of global localization, so I'm going to try it, but I can't give you a firm timeline for the hdl global localization ros2 version commit because I'm working on other projects.
Why do you want running with hdl_global_localization with hdl_localization?
