Translation to german added #5

Thanks for your pull request and adding the translation stuff! :) Some minor issues, though.

This are one of my first commits ever. I was able to compile it, but i was not able to set the language to german in the sailfish vm. I'm glad you can use it.

Outdated. Please use new files for translation.
