Move DotBasic, Dot_[1|2|3]d, CrossBasic and Cross_[1|2|3]d to a separate module #55

These classes are currently in module sympde.topology.derivatives, but they are not differential operators. Hence, we should move them to a new module, for example sympde.topology.products.
