Support export to Markdown #106

This PR adds a command-line argument that creates Markdown output instead of HTML output. It uses the language name at the start of fenced code blocks to ease post-export syntax highlighting.

This PR would be pretty cool, because you could export the docs to a static site generator like Hugo for example.
