Well, Zillow has decent API but we shouldn't rely on one and only one website. Any suggestion is welcome, we'll discuss it here.

http://www.programmableweb.com/api/rentometer Looks like it could be good, since it can output to json directly and includes some of our data processing in the raw data.

Hi everyone.

Sorry I've been busy over the weekend! Have we identified anymore APIs since Zillow? Just keeping this issue going given it's importance, and I don't want to double up if we've identified good ones already!
