Pysense 2 v16 #133

Hey Catalin. These are the pycoproc changes accompanying the pic v16 changes. By now we've also had some external and further internal testing and no regressions. This version is needed for the accelerometer wake on pysense2 and pytrack2.

I will make sure to get the dfu published and I'll followup with another PR to remove the now outdated pytrack2 files
