Panic: Filesystem wiped and replaced with default one. #313

Randomly we have been seeing the system go into a 'panic' mode where the entire file system is wiped out and replaced with a default one. The led goes into the 'default' mode of flashing blue every few seconds.

Is this a known issue?

It does seem to be happening less and less. But, it is still an issue. We have a device in the field that went into this mode after running for two months.
