GPy ocassionally reports 'band 8 not supported' #397

Board: GPy Firmware Release: 1.20.2.rc3 Sequans modem firmware: NB1-41019

Most of the time sending messages over NBIoT works fine, but sometimes (once every 50-100 messages) the transmit fails and the error message is 'band 8 not supported by current firmware'

Currently we are at 1.20.2.r0, but the issue is still there:

<class 'ValueError'> band 8 not supported by current modem Firmware [0], please upgrade!
