find examples of good and bad screen capture mixing from previous events to get a feel for what works
get a link to a/v tips for speakers so that volunteers can help remind speakers and MCs things, for example, try to get the MC to announce the next presenter in a way that is helpful for the video, try to get people to repeat questions if someone asks a question without an audience mic, etc.
(It would be cool if we could be there for the volunteer meeting before the Friday set-up, but we are in Chicago with the equipment, so can't walk people through like when have events here).
There's an old wiki that still has a lot of good information, and we should update it.
