Add tutorial signup wiki to schedule #100

There's a couple ways to do this. In the absolute ideal case, there could be a link attached to each tutorial block on the schedule page that says "SIGN UP HERE", and goes directly to the bookmark for that tutorial on the signup wiki.

But I don't really care how you do this, let's just get it up on the schedule or about page somewhere. :)
