Hotel details need to be changed -> Chestnut Centre #26

I've pinged our contact there to get the instructions on how people can book.

I've updated the site so it doesn't mention the Metropolitan, but still does need the booking details.

This is an easy ticket for someone once we have the information. Just update symposion_project/templates/venue.html as appropriate.

We'll do translations later.

Good day Mike, I am happy to assist you with your request. Procedures for making reservations for your group:

Group Code: 1308 PYCONCA this code should be mentioned when reserving by phone, web or in the title of the email if reserving by email.

There are 3 methods to make a reservation

To make a reservation over the phone, please call 416-977-0707 between the hours of 9am and 7pm.

To make a reservation by email, please email frontdesk.chestnut@utoronto.ca and include your code in the title of the email and a Credit card details.

By web, log on to www.chestnut.utoronto.ca - under summer residence/rates and reservations - input the arrival and departure dates and enter the approval code. Your code is: 1308 PYCONCA and follow the reservation process by creating a new account. your group cut off date for all reservation is July 09 2013.
