Default template doesn't say "PyCon Canada" #35

On pages that aren't the front page, we don't have the name of the event anywhere on the page other than a small logo and copyright notice in the footer (eg. http://grab.by/mgdE).

I added the footer logo to the header on content pages. It's not perfect either, but it does get the branding back (and the top dusky-fade background!). Does that work? I'm totally open to better ideas…
