Add verbiage to Diversity Grants Section #79

Right before the link-to-online-form sentence:

"We are also encouraging submissions from groups of applicants who wish to apply together. If you'd love to come to PyCon Canada 2013 but can't see yourself attending without your friends, this a great way to make that happen!"

Should we indicate that there is a discount for groups? Not sure if offering the discount up-front is necessary for the desired effect.

Eh, I think we might as well... Doesn't cost us much, and it will encourage people to come out.

I'm -1 on discounts right now. For the diversity grant applicants, they're already getting a stipend, and I want to think through carefully any discount codes / opportunities before we announce them, because it looks really bad if we have to make changes to discount policies after we've put them out there.

OK I believe this is basically done now -- closing, feel free to reopen if anyone disagrees :)
