Should we indicate that there is a discount for groups? Not sure if offering the discount up-front is necessary for the desired effect.

Eh, I think we might as well... Doesn't cost us much, and it will encourage people to come out.

I'm -1 on discounts right now. For the diversity grant applicants, they're already getting a stipend, and I want to think through carefully any discount codes / opportunities before we announce them, because it looks really bad if we have to make changes to discount policies after we've put them out there.
