SUMMARY

I'm in need of a version of jenkinsapi that has the new max_retries feature, and would prefer not to pull directly from git commit instead.

@lechat @salimfadhley any plan to release this? I'm hoping to get the use_crumb feature from pypi rather than depending on a source install. Cheers!
