Add APAC Community Logos to Home Page #19

Could we add Community Logos on our website? Like our blog http://pycontw.blogspot.tw/2015/02/pycon-asia-pacific-2015-in-taiwan-save.html

@ccwang002 這是apac 區的nominal support list， 可以的話會希望放在首頁最下方 。有困難的話放在about 是可以接受
