• 需求：將官網中「關於 -> 行為準則」中，最底下的「備註」加上超連結內容。
• 修改目標
  • 中文：[以上通報流程改寫自 PyCon 通報行為準則事件處理流程] 的「PyCon 通報行為準則事件處理流程」
  • 英文：[This procedure has been adapted from the PyCon Procedure for Incident Handling.] 的「PyCon Procedure for Incident Handling 」加上超連結。
