Default playlist improvement (patch)

I suggested a patch for improvming a quick and dirty default playlist
support (as someone says - sessioned playlist)

This patch add into "Preferences" -> "Interface" -> "Default playlist"
checkbox option that enable/disable it, the playlist file is stored in
defaut config dir/default.pls

Ahm.. just this is my first try with 'diff'
May be if i writedown step by step what i am done, it will be more easy for 
everyone :)

Couple of comments about this patch...

1. When you open a file on the command line should it open the playlist (ie when
double clicking on a media file), I don't think it should

2. Obviously when running in plugin mode the playlist should not be loaded

I think if you reversed your diff arguments, the patch would come out right.
